Supervisor
Initiates requests and coordinates assessor and reviewer assignments.
Assessment & Readiness Console · K–12 schools
Keep the assessment, the decisions, and the work that follows connected. Give each handoff a responsible person and preserve the record through closure.
Current application: local Windows evaluation build for public, charter, and private K–12 schools, including faith-based schools.
The full assessment lifecycle
Create the assessment request, retain its case identity, and assign the assessor and reviewer.
Document evidence and findings. Submit the assessment for review, return, or approval.
Record leadership decisions and assign corrective, research, or interim work with owners and deadlines.
Follow progress and blockers. Retain owner responses and independent checks, including failed or repeated attempts.
Submit proposed answer changes for the assigned reviewer’s approval before updating approved assessment results.
Account for the work, document remaining risk decisions, and preserve the leadership closeout record.
Clear responsibilities
Initiates requests and coordinates assessor and reviewer assignments.
Documents the assessment and performs assigned reassessment.
Reviews submissions and proposed changes to assessment answers.
Directs follow-through, considers remaining risk, and approves closeout.
Completes assigned work and returns a complete account of the response.
Independently checks assigned corrective work and records the result.
A separate Administrator role manages local people and access. Current role controls are part of the evaluation build, not a production identity service.
Completion is not automatic readiness
Completed work, a passed check, accepted risk, or case closeout does not automatically improve an assessment answer or readiness score. Proposed answer changes require review.
Closeout can distinguish resolved findings from explicitly accepted remaining risk. Original submissions and earlier closeouts retain their history.
Reports and visibility
See relevant queues, assignments, deadlines, and blockers within each role’s access.
Use a leadership brief or full assessment and action report. Current formats are offline HTML and browser print/PDF.
Retain assessment context, decisions, responses, checks, and accepted risks in the final account.
